In her role, she is responsible for global corporate communication, marketing, and strategic market development. As the managing director of DMG MORI EMEA Holding, she guides the operational direction in Europe and identifies market potentials in the manufacturing industry.

Lena-Sophie Müller, CEO, Initiative D21 e. V.

Lena-Sophie Müller is CEO of Initiative D21 e.V., Germany's largest network of politics and business for the digital society. She shapes the digital transformation together with politics and business for the benefit of people, advises federal ministers in advisory board functions and contributes her expertise on AI, data policy and the social impact of new technologies to national committees and international discourse.

Tobias Schröer, Head of Production Management & Deputy Managing Director, FIR e.V. (RWTH Aachen University)

Tobias Schröer is the Deputy Managing Director at FIR e. V. at RWTH Aachen. After studying industrial engineering and gaining many years of experience in application-oriented research projects as well as advising industry companies on the selection, introduction, and use of business applications (ERP, MES, APS), he is now shaping sustainably competitive value creation systems with a focus on value-enhancing circular economy.

Wiebke Kappenberg, Head of IT, STULZ

Wiebke Kappenberg is the Head of IT at STULZ GmbH in Hamburg. As a trained computer scientist (M.Sc. IT Management & Consulting), she is responsible for the IT operations and the digital transformation of the company, which includes the implementation of AI services.

Dr. Dominik Rohrmus, CTO, Labs Network Industrie 4.0 e.V.

Dr.-Ing. Dominik Rohrmus is the CTO of the Labs Network Industry 4.0 e.V. and is committed to practical digitization and standardization in the industry. With a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), he promotes the development of trustworthy data ecosystems and the international networking of industrial testing and innovation spaces.

Christian Ziemer, Managing Director, GOLDBECK Facility Services

Christian Ziemer has been Managing Director of GOLDBECK Facility Services GmbH, part of the pan-European construction and services company GOLDBECK, since 2020. In this position, the graduate civil and industrial engineer is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the company.

Christian Schmidt, Head of Business Development, Partner Management and Sales, WISAG Elektrotechnik

Christian Schmidt is Head of Business Development, Partner Management, and Sales at WISAG Elektrotechnik and, among other things, a member of the Committee for Technology, Innovation, and Digitalization at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. After studying industrial engineering, he worked at G-2-M and in sales of market-oriented solutions for building and energy technology. He has also been involved in associations and research projects, including VDI and VDMA.
